Your use of the Bond app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). By downloading, installing, or using Bond from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Apple EULA in addition to these Terms of Use. The Apple EULA governs your license to use the app as granted by Apple, and applies to all software obtained through the App Store.

Bond is a reflection and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or counseling care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please consult a qualified professional.

By downloading, installing, or using Bond - Intentional Living (“Bond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Bond is a relationship and personal growth app that provides AI-powered daily reflections, mood and check-in tracking, partner sync, rituals, and intentional living tools designed to help you build deeper connection with yourself and your partner.

• Bond Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription at $49.99 per year or $7.99 per month.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated in advance.

• New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial of Bond Premium.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the rate selected at signup.
• Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. Existing or previous subscribers are not eligible for an additional trial.

• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Premium features until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

• You agree to use Bond only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app.
• You will not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person, including your partner.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content, design, branding, AI-generated reflections, and code within Bond are the property of Bond or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only. You retain ownership of the personal content you create within the app.

Bond is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bond is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your use of Bond is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Bond after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
